When you send a stay request, we collect the details you provide — normally your name, email address, phone number, dates, party size and message — so that we can answer your enquiry and administer a booking.

How we use your information

We use it only to respond, prepare and manage your stay, keep appropriate booking records and meet any legal obligations. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking records are kept only for as long as they are reasonably needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to correct or remove your information, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
